GRUPO TMM ANNOUNCES DATES FOR FOURTH QUARTER 2004 EARNINGS AND CONFERENCE CALL

Mexico City, February 8, 2005 – Grupo TMM, S.A. (NYSE: TMM) will publish fourth-quarter and full-year 2004 financial results on Thursday, February 24, 2005, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Management will discuss earnings and provide a corporate update on Friday, February 25, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
